Gorgeous hotel, new-fashioned rooms, delicious breakfast, fantastic friendly staff. Breakfast with very nice home made bread. Fantastic and incredible location in Virginia, short walk to St Kyrans in Virginia, Co. Cavan, and the lake side. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Virginia Ed. Quite comfortable stay, as always;))

We loved the perfectly cozy standard queen room, the stunning lakefront location, and the friendly staff.

The staff were helpful and top-class. the breakfast was delicious with a good choice of food. the location was stunning - close to the garden and the lake, St Kyrans Guest House, Dublin, and the airport.

Lake view room with spacious, high ceilings. Cozy bed and smart shower room. Extras include tea variety, shortbread, magazines, DVD player. Great breakfast with buffet and cooked-to-order hot dishes. Warm hosts and interesting nearby sites.

This hotel is an Irish gem that exceeded all of my luxurious needs. the staff was accommodating and friendly, providing exclusive amenities such as in-room breakfast and packed lunches. the room had a stunning view of the lake and was equipped with a DVD player, with a generous supply of DVDs. the dinner at the restaurant was superb, and the breakfast had a lot of choices. I cannot recommend this venue enough for a quiet weekend away.

The only minor issue was the car park, which needs upgrading. this did not detract from the fantastic experience provided by the hotel.

The food at this hotel was absolutely delicious. From the Sunday lunch to the breakfast, every meal was top-notch. The quality of the ingredients and the preparation were impeccable. Another great aspect was the friendly staff. They were always welcoming and ready to assist with any request. Plus, the location of the hotel was superb. It offered stunning views of the lake and made for a peaceful and tranquil setting.

Sit in the back garden and read a book, or cook a delicious meal overlooking the lovely lake. This gem in Ireland's Boyne Valley area is an excellent base for exploring the nearby countryside. the comfortable rooms and luxurious bathrooms are spotless, and the attentive staff serve a delicious breakfast with plenty of choices.

The noise from other guests walking on creaky floorboards upstairs can be quite bothersome and interrupt a peaceful night's sleep.

We had a pleasant stay in the Boyne Valley area, conveniently located near the Belfast airport. Our room had a stunning view of the lake and was spacious, clean, and comfortable. the bathroom was well-appointed with quality fittings and an excellent shower. the breakfast offered a variety of choices, including a buffet with juices, cereal, yogurt, and fruit, and hot dishes cooked to order. the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, spending time talking with all the guests.

The car park could use some upgrading.
